We collect only what we need to sell you a gemstone and deliver it: your name, contact details, delivery address, and a record of what you bought or bid on.
We do not sell or share customer data with third parties for marketing. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
Bidding history is retained because it forms part of the record of a sale. If you close your account we anonymise it rather than deleting the underlying transaction, which we are required to keep for accounting purposes.
To request a copy of your data, or its removal, write to us and we will respond within thirty days.
