The terms that apply to purchases and auction bids.
Placing a bid is a binding commitment to buy at that price if you are the highest bidder when the auction closes and the reserve has been met.
Auctions close at the stated time. A bid placed in the final moments extends the auction by a short window, so a late bid cannot win on timing alone. The extension applies to every bidder equally.
A reserve is the minimum we will accept. If bidding ends below it, the lot does not sell and no contract is formed.
Fixed-price orders are reserved when you place them and confirmed once payment clears. We will contact you to arrange payment and shipping before anything is charged.
Descriptions and laboratory reports are given in good faith. Where a stone is later shown not to match its description, your remedy is a full refund on return of the stone.
Prices are shown in your chosen currency, converted from euro at the current rate. The euro amount is the contractual price.
